This site is provided for informational purposes about my work and services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.

Any development or consulting engagement is defined by a separate written agreement or proposal covering scope, timeline and price. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement; where they conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

The content, design and code of this website are owned by me unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client transfers as set out in the relevant project agreement, typically upon full payment.

For project work, timely delivery depends on the client providing required content, access and feedback. Delays in these may affect agreed timelines.

Fees, schedules and milestones are defined per project. Invoices are payable by the dates stated. Refund terms are covered in the Refund Policy.

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

This site may link to external websites. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chhattisgarh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
